Design & Installation of a Pump Track at Nelson Wern Park

You are invited to submit a tender for the design and build of a Pump Track at Nelson Wern Park.The scope of the project is as set out and defined in the ITT and associated documentation but in short it is:• Preparation of the ground suitable for the construction of Pump Track, to include, excavation of any existing grass areas, removal of soils and associated excavated materials to suitably licensed facilities, and construction of suitable foundation layers. Please note sustainability is a priority within the Council and where practicable any materials should be reused on site.-The site should incorporate robust and effective drainage systems and SAB approval is required and the bidder shall be responsible for assisting in this.-Appropriate cordoning off of the site, signage, health and safety and associated security measures.-The project will enhance and compliment the facilities already on offer at the park and facilitate wider use of this area.-The Council’s Project Team requires input and delivery from an appropriate experienced Pump Track supplier, which will entail supply and installation of appropriate groundworks, surface materials and design based on drainage features required.-The pump track will ideally be in one section in a single loop and materials on site can be used to create the track structure.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146249.
