The University of Strathclyde is seeking a company to provide event services to cover various different areas/departments of the university. This PIN contains three lots including events management services, stand creaters/building services and event staging services. Lot 1: Event Management Services The university is looking to appoint a company to provide events management services for both online and in person events. Additional information: Suppliers are asked to note their interest in this potential procurement exercise by 7th June 2022, at which point the Contracting Authority will follow up with all interested parties. Lot 2: Stand/Exhibition Creation The university is looking to appoint a company to provide stand/exhibition creation for small/medium sized events. Additional information: Suppliers are asked to note their interest in this potential procurement exercise by 7th June 2022, at which point the Contracting Authority will follow up with all interested parties. Lot 3: Event Staging The university is looking to appoint a company to provide event staging services for events. The size of stages required for events will be small to medium sized. Additional information: Suppliers are asked to note their interest in this potential procurement exercise by 7th June 2022, at which point the Contracting Authority will follow up with all interested parties.
