Telefon-Service-Hotline zur Unterstützung von Ref D-AF Lot 1: Benötigt wird der Betrieb eines Servicecenters ("Telefon-Hotline") mit speziell geschultem Personal. Das Personal des Auftragnehmers beantwortet telefonisch eingehende Anfragen unter anderem zum Antragseingang, dem Bearbeitungsstand und gemäß den vom Referat D-AF erstellten FAQ´s. Die Hotline muss Montag bis Freitag von 09:00 bis 15:00 Uhr erreichbar sein. Der Auftragnehmer muss entsprechende personelle Kapazitäten stellen, um mindestens 80 % der eingehenden Anrufe anzunehmen, die in der Intensität im Tages- und Wochenverlauf schwanken können. Personalausfälle sind umgehend auszugleichen.
