Die Beschaffung betrifft eine cloudbasierten Kommunikations- und Kollaborationslösung. Sie soll als sichere und effiziente Kommunikationsinfrastruktur auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik dienen. Lot 1: Zentrales Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung von cloudbasierten Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsdiensten über eine zentrale Plattform, welche von dem Auftragnehmer und in dem Rechenzentrum des Auftragnehmers betrieben und gewartet wird (UCaaS). Dabei müssen die Services in Form einer „private Cloud“ im Rechenzentrum des Auftragnehmers erbracht werden, sprich basierend auf Hardwarekomponenten, welche dediziert und ausschließlich für den Auftraggeber zur Verfügung stehen. Die Virtualisierung von Teilen des Auftraggebers-Cloud-Dienstes auf Hardware-Komponenten, die auch von anderen Kunden des Auftragnehmers genutzt werden, wird explizit ausgeschlossen.
