1. Hanging baskets and planters. The hanging baskets and planters will be sited around the Town during the period starting the 1st week of June to mid October annually. Baskets 165x 17" Self-watering baskets (suggested 13 plants per basket e.g. 1x centre plant (fuchsia), 4x trailing pelargoniums, 2x calibrachoa, 4x trailing begonia, 2x nepeta and 2x bacopa. Contractor to use the same colour scheme throughout. 23x 36"x9" Mangers at Quayside and the Terrace (suggest 2x centre plants per manger with 22 plants of similar colours to the baskets above) 6x 51"x9" Mangers at Fox Corner Entrance (suggest 3 centre plants per manger with 33 similar colours to the baskets above) Boxes 46x 24"x12"x7" Mangers at Quayside, Fox Corner and Castle Grounds. (Suggest 3x centre plants per manger with 33 similar colours to the baskets above) ALL UNFILLED HANGING BASKETS AND PLANTERS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL. 2. Bedding and perennial plants year 1 to 3. Year 1 bedding plants to be as follows: -260x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (red) -260x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (white) -110x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (blue) -60x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (white) Year 1 Perennial plants as follows: -50x White summer perennials in 6" 1.5Litre pots -50x Blue summer perennial in 6" 1.5Litre pots -50x Dark pink summer perennial in 6" 1.5Litre pots Year 2 bedding plants to be as follows: -250x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (red) -250x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (white) -100x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (blue) -50x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (white) Year 2 Perennial plants as follows: -50x Dark pink summer perennials in 6" 1.5Litre pots -50x Mixed coloured summer perennials 6" 1.5Litre pots Year 3 bedding plants to be as follows: -240x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (red) -240x 6 cell trays of bedding Begonias (white) -100x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (blue) -50x 6 cell trays of Ageratum (white) The Council does not require Perennial plants for year 3. Tender Submission The tender and all accompanying documents MUST be addressed, in the ordinary course of post, PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL to: Deputy Town Clerk, Bridgnorth Town Council, College House, 4 St Leonards Close, Bridgnorth, WV16 4EJ To arrive no later than 12 noon on Monday 9th September 2024. Tenders received after noon on that date will NOT be considered. EMAIL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
