Design Skillnet invites tenders for the provision of a training programme on business growth and positioning for private sector Design Agencies, Studios and Creative businesses based in the Republic of Ireland. The objective of this programme is to educate, support, train and coach design/creative agencies, studios & businesses, to deal with changing notions of ‘sales’ & ‘selling', grow their businesses, raise their competitiveness, increase profitability and prepare for the future. Audience: Individuals who own or lead design/creative agencies, studios or businesses; or have responsibility for their growth. Programme format: A blend of face to face & virtual (online, synchronous) delivery; the greater number of modules taking place online to facilitate ease of access. Location: Face to face sessions in Dublin, Ireland + flexibility to relocate to another location in Ireland subject to location of the programme candidates (students). Start Date: Mid-May 2022, running for 5 to 6 months, completing before end 2022. Promotion: Information sessions will be run during April & early May 2022, day & evening. The successful supplier is required to be available to facilitate these. Programme Entry: By application. The successful supplier will participate in the assessment of applications. Content: Action based, designed to activate participants to "do it now". Vision, finance, service, sales/marketing, sustainability/climate, digitalisation. Costs: The value of this tender is intended to allow for 2 cohorts of participants should demand require. This should be taken into account when proposing costs. To Tender: Please submit a proposal in pdf outlining your response to the above criteria. Tender Assessment: By Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). The categories are: - 25%: Price/value for money - 50%: Content and quality of outlined framework, understanding of requirement, experience and knowledge - 25%: Sectoral Experience and Expertise (Required)
