This PIN notice is to provide prior information to the market of the authority's intention to go out to market in the new year. Please note that your confirmation does not guarantee contract but will help the authority determine the potential market interest for when the opportunity is published. Below is a brief summary of the requirements: Key Holding Services; Security Service; Mobile Patrol Service Locking / Unlocking Service Each referred to as a "Service" or "Services, depending on the context. The Provider shall provide and manage the Services in accordance with this Service Specification. More detailed specification will be published along with the tender requirement in the new year. Lot 1: The authority will be seeking for interested organization to bid for an opportunity to join a one supplier framework agreement for the provision of key holding services, security services, mobile patrol services, locking/unlocking services and all related services. The framework agreement will be for four years with no option to extend and call off will be via direct award. The framework will be a one supplier framework.
