Provision of case management system for MyPay Shared Service Centre within Laois County Council for a initial period of twelve months with the possibility of a further twelve months by three at the discretion of the contracting authority. The case management software package is for use by approximately ninety users with MyPay Payroll and Superannuation Shared Service Centre. The case management software will be used to manage interactions and communications between MyPay staff and its customers, in particular, queries and instructions received from some fifty thousand payees and representatives from client organisation's payroll and superannuation departments.
