Für den zukünftigen UNILAC-Betrieb an der GSI werden 150 kW-Transistorverstärker als Vorverstärker für 1,8 MW-Röhrenverstärker bzw. als Endverstärker für resonante Lasten wie z.B. Teilchenbeschleuniger-Kavitäten benötigt. Die ausgeschriebenen Transistorverstärker sollen bei einer Betriebsfrequenz von 108,4 MHz in einem gemischten Pulsbetrieb mit einer maximalen Wiederholrate von 50 Hz eine max. Pulsleistung von bis zu 150 kW bereitstellen, bei einer Durchschnittsleistung von max. 30 kW. Lot 1: Beschaffung von 2 FoS Geräten für 2 Verwendungszwecke: 1. Verwendung als Vorverstärker eines 1,8 MW - Endstufenverstärkers, 2. Verwendung als Endverstärker auf eine Beschleunigerkavität, (resonante Last)
