Offers are invited for the provision of 2 mobile units at the above location. The successful applicant will require paying rent per annum payable in advance for each site. Offers of 4,000.00 for each site are invited. Lot 1: PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD - PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT ONE APPLICATION FORM DEPENDING ON LOCATION(S) - The Council offers the license for these sites on a 3-year period to retailers for the purpose of selling coffee from a mobile unit commencing on 01 June 2025. These sale points identified as Locations 1 and 2 on the attached plan are again being offered on a similar basis. - The franchise will run for a period of 3 years. The successful applicant will be expected to provide the service in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement.
