Description

Vivid have a large programme of ‘Decorations & Minor Repairs’ works planned for the 2020/21 Financial Year. This was planned to include the completion of 295 Leaseholder blocks, with varying levels of work to each across Hampshire. With the current Government Restrictions, we recognise this may be a little too ambitious. Before creating a finalised programme, we would like to engage with the market to determine how potential suppliers have been affected by the pandemic and the subsequent restrictions. Could you therefore please email simon.newby@vividhomes.co.uk with the subject ‘Cyclical Decorations Engagement’ answering the following questions: 1. Would you be able to respond to a tender opportunity if it were published during the current situation? 2. If we were to ‘go live’ on a programme from October for the completion of internal works/smaller external works for approximately 200 blocks, would you be able to resource this? 3. What changes do you think would need to be made to the programme to account for the current and potential restrictions? Please can you respond by Friday 24 April with your answers to these questions. As this is not part of the tender process, please do not send any sales literature or other information unless relevant to the questions above.
