Description
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers to cover the contracting authority's need for catering services, including food for meetings and company food. The procurement is divided into the following lots/categories: 1: Delivery of meeting food/catering 2. Delivery of company food Lot 1: Delivery of meeting food/catering The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer to cover the contracting authority's need for catering services, including the delivery of food for meetings/catering (lot 1). The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that this contract does not obligate NHH to make call-offs on the agreement if the need can be covered by equipment that is owned by NHH or persons connected to NHH. Furthermore, the contracting authority is not obligated to purchase drinkware through this agreement. Nor will the contracting authority be obligated to purchase services from the chosen tenderer(s) if they are not able to deliver the relevant service with a satisfactory level of quality. Nor does the contract affect the contracting authority's right to have meals, etc. at restaurants, etc. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from the date of signing. The contracting authority has an option to extend the framework agreement for a further one year + one year, a total maximum of four years.
