IK-EEA 012-2022 Lunch products (including delivery to service places)

Description

Bergen Municipality needs to procure lunch products and get them delivered. The contract will apply to all units and delivery addresses in Bergen Municipality, but the ordering frequency and volumes can vary a lot between the units. Units that have their own canteen contracts that also include the delivery of lunch food are exempt from the contract. This includes, amongst others, units in the CIty Hall quarter than must order from the canteen in Bergen City Hall. Lot 1: In this contract the contracting authority needs lunch products, including, for example, spread open sandwiches, baguettes, rolls, etc. Bergen Municipality places a lot of weight on animal welfare and sustainable food production, and has this as one of several criteria in the evaluation of the tenders. This is described in more detail in the award criteria. The maximum contract value for the entire framework agreement period, including options, is NOK 18 million (excluding VAT).
