Precipitation Collector for the collection of precipitation samples. The instrument will be used to collect precipitation samples for analysis for common inorganic ions with reference to the World Meteorological Organisation’s Global Atmospheric Watch (GAW) and the European Monitoring and Evaluation Programmes (EMEP). Lot 221308: Procurement of a replacement Wet Only Sampler instrument for Valentia Observatory This contract is a single contract for the purchase of an automated precipitation collector, including delivery and installation of the instrument at the site location. A detailed specification of requirements is set out in Appendix 1. It is proposed to place a maintenance contract for a period of three years with an option for renewal for up to a further two years.
