Description

Dublin City Council Commercial Mechanical section manages approximately 140 buildings ranging from new sites to protected buildings. DCC is establishing Multiparty Framework Agreements for a range of reactive, planned maintenance and upgrade works across its commercial and communal buildings located citywide. The services are divided into several lots, each focusing on specific disciplines and geographic locations within the Dublin City Council area. The framework will be structured as follows 1.Heating 1A South Central and South East, 1B Central, 1C North Central and North West. These lots cover heating systems, including boilers and associated components, pipework, radiators etc. across different geographic locations. Each lot corresponds to a specific area within the Dublin City Council's jurisdiction, ensuring comprehensive coverage citywide. 2.Building Management Systems 2A Central and South Central, 2B North Central and South East, 2C North West These lots focus on the Building Management Systems including MCC panels, control strategy etc. Each lot corresponds to a specific geographic area. 3.Refrigeration 3A Central and North Central and North West, 3B South Central and South East. These lots relate to refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, Chillers, Close control units etc. across different geographic locations. 4.Ventilation and Fire Dampers 4A Central and South Central and South East, 4B North West and North Central. These lots cover ventilation systems including Air handling units, fire dampers, ducts, grills etc. The lots are divided by location, with each covering a specific area within Dublin City Council's facilities. 5. Fire Suppression Foam and Water Sprinkler 5 Citywide. This lot focuses on the fire suppression systems, including foam and water sprinkler systems, across Dublin City Council's facilities. 6. Gas Detection 6A Central and South Central, South East and North West, 6B North Central. These lots address the gas detection units including Carbon Monoxide and Methane detectors. Each lot is designated for a specific geographic location, ensuring comprehensive coverage citywide. 7. Water Quality 7A Central and South Central, 7B North Central and North West and South East. These lots cover the water storage tanks, including water tank cleaning, sterilization, Legionella and micro-bio testing. Each lot focuses on a different geographic area.
