Norfolk County Council (as Administering Authority for the Norfolk Pension Fund), on its own behalf and on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council (as Administering Authority of the Cheshire Pension Fund, Dumfries and Galloway Council (as Administering Authority of the Dumfries and Galloway Pension Fund), Glasgow City Council (as Administering Authority of the Strathclyde Pension Fund) and Leicestershire County Council (as Administering Authority of Leicestershire Pension Fund) wish to let a multi-lot, multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of Additional Voluntary Contribution Services primarily in support of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Full details of the requirement can be found in the Service Specification, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions. Lot 1: Additional Voluntary Contribution Services The LGPS has a regulatory responsibility to offer an AVC facility for it its scheme members. Each fund administers the LGPS for significant numbers of employers and multiple payroll providers. This lot is to provide a replacement or additional full Additional Voluntary Contribution facility for LGPS funds: The Framework will assist funds in meeting their statutory requirements of LGPS in relation to AVC facilities Lot 2: Consultancy Services associated with Additional Voluntary Contributions To provide a wide range of advisory services in relation to Additional Voluntary Contribution Services.
