The project will be based on understanding the current local service model within the host force and then articulating a Target Operating Model, which would include technological capabilities. Therefore both BAU and technology. The intention of the project is to adopt Agile and Scrum methodology, particularly at the early stages of the project. 2. Does the BA need extensive user stories experience or exposure and also any UX or UI exposure? The Business Analyst would not need to have extensive user stories or experience, together with UX or UI exposure to complete their role. It would however be a distinct advantage to have experience within the digital investigations and intelligence business area, regardless of the sector in which this has been gained.
