Verhandlungsverfahren nach SektVO zur Beschaffung von Elektro-Diesel-Hybridlokomotiven für die DB Netz AG und mit der Deutsche Bahn AG verbundenen Unternehmen Lot 1: Entwicklung, Herstellung, Inbetriebsetzung, Lieferung von 0 bis 100 serienreifen Elektro-Diesel-Hybridlokomotiven in komplettem, funktionsfähigem, zugelassenem, betriebsbereitem, für den wirtschaftlichen Einsatz im Betrieb des Auftraggebers und den sicheren Betrieb nach den einschlägigen Gesetzen, insbesondere im Sinne des § 4 AEG, geeignetem und auf die Nutzungsdauer ausgelegtem Zustand nebst Lieferung der vollständigen technischen Fahrzeugdokumentation und unter Einhaltung des Meilensteinplans und Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilversorgung.
