Die S-Bahn Hamburg GmbH beabsichtigt zwei Kleinstlokomotiven für die Durchführung von Rangierfahrten zu beschaffen. Lot 1: S-Bahn Hamburg GmbH beabsichtigt kurzfristig zwei gebrauchte hybride Rangierlokomotiven mit einer uneingeschränkten Einsatzfähigkeit auf dem deutschen Eisenbahnnetz zur Durchführung von Rangierfahrten zu beschaffen (Lieferung im Mai 2023). Die Fahrzeuge sollten nicht älter als Baujahr 2017 sein. Es muss mindestens eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 80 km/h erreichen. Aufgrund der Begebenheiten am Einsatzort darf die Höhe des Fahrzeugs 3800 mm nicht überschreiten. Mit den Fahrzeugen sollen Dokumentation, Ersatzteile und Schulungen angeboten werden.
