Description
Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has grown to 300 and members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorises, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. The framework will also provide EEM Members with a route provide a range of Hard, Soft and Internal Facilities management covering both internal and external. Lot 1: Hard Property Facilities Lot 1 Hard Facilities will cover the following but not limited to: Mechanical and Electrical; Air Conditioning Air Handling Ventilation Security Access and Intruder Systems Maintenance Cyclical Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance programme Any other associated Hard Property Facilities Management works and services. Lot 2: Soft External Facilities Lot 2 Soft External Facilities will cover the following but not limited to: Grounds Maintenance Tree Surgery Waste management, Including for void properties. Gritting / Snow Clearance Cleaning Services including carpets, and window Light. Any other associated Soft External Facilities Management works and services. Lot 3: Internal Facilities Lot 3 Internal Facilities will cover the following but not limited to: Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Workspace Design Audio Visual Services / Equipment Stationary Internal Planting Catering & Vending Any other associated Internal Facilities Management works and services.
