Review of ScotRail's Facilities Management Services

ScotRail are conducting a full review of our hard and soft facilities management services and would like to engage with suppliers who can provide a range of hard and soft FM services. Lot 1: ScotRail manage circa 360 staffed and unstaffed stations and 12 depot and train servicing locations across Scotland and are looking to engage with the market to review our facilities management services to ensure that buildings and facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. ScotRail want to engage with suppliers on a long-term strategic basis, who can demonstrate proven experience of providing quality hard and soft FM services in Scotland. Rail experience is not a prerequisite. This market engagement will shape our FM procurement strategy and specification.
