ScotRail are conducting a full review of our hard and soft facilities management services and would like to engage with suppliers who can provide a range of hard and soft FM services. Lot 1: ScotRail manage circa 360 staffed and unstaffed stations and 12 depot and train servicing locations across Scotland and are looking to engage with the market to review our facilities management services to ensure that buildings and facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. ScotRail want to engage with suppliers on a long-term strategic basis, who can demonstrate proven experience of providing quality hard and soft FM services in Scotland. Rail experience is not a prerequisite. This market engagement will shape our FM procurement strategy and specification. To participate in this market engagement stage, suppliers should access and complete the short questionnaire published on our e-sourcing portal https://scotrail.wax-live.com/S2C/DisplayModules/TradeModules/Negotiations/Opportunities/ListEvents.aspx It is intended that ScotRail hold a market engagement session in Glasgow on the 26 March 2025. Details of this event will be shared with suppliers who provide a response via the Wax portal and/or register their interest in this notice.
