Miete neuer Produktionsdrucksysteme inklusive Finishing und Serviceleistungen Lot 1: Farb-Produktionsdrucksystem Die Anmietung eines neuen Farb-Produktionsdrucksystems inklusive Finishing und Serviceleistungen, wie Wartungen, Pflege, Reparaturen und Lieferungen ausgewählter Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Digitalen Formular- und Druckservice der Stadt. Es wird eine monatliche Abnahmemenge von 40.000 formatunabhängigen Farb-Klicks als Inklusivvolumen ausgeschrieben, welches als monatlicher Mietbetrag gezahlt wird. Mit dem bezuschlagten Bieter (Vermieter) wird ein Mietvertrag über 60 Monate abgeschlossen. Lot 2: schwarz/weiß-Produktionsdrucksysteme Die Anmietung von zwei neuen schwarz/weiß-Produktionsdrucksystemen inklusive Finishing und Serviceleistungen, wie Wartungen, Pflege, Reparaturen und Lieferungen ausgewählter Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Digitalen Formular- und Druckservice der Stadt. Für beide schwarz/weiß-Produktionsdrucksysteme wird eine monatliche Abnahmemenge von jeweils 100.000 Klick im A4-Bereich als Inklusivvolumen ausgeschrieben, welches als monatlicher Mietbetrag gezahlt wird. Es soll ein Mengenverbund (Poolvertrag) abgeschlossen werden, wobei das System mit hohem Einsatz, das mit geringerem Einsatz gegebenenfalls zum Jahresende ausgleichen wird. Für beide Systeme ist der gleiche Gerätetyp in gleicher Ausstattung anzubieten (Maschinenpaar). Mit dem bezuschlagten Bieter (Vermieter) wird ein Mietvertrag über 60 Monate abgeschlossen.
