Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) are looking to procure the services of a Civil and Structural Engineer to design a repair solution for Sherwood Lake dam wall. Whilst the lake wall acts as a dam the lake does not fall under the Reservoirs Act 1975 as it only holds 10,000 cubic meters of water and not the minimum 25,000 cubic meters for the act to apply.\r \r Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement:\r \r Tender release: Friday 26th July 2024\r Expression of Interest Deadline: Friday 16th August 2024 at 1pm\r Deadline for submission of completed tenders: Friday 23rd August 2024 at 1pm\r Evaluation: w/c Monday 26th August 2024\r Appointment of contractor: w/c Monday 9th September 2024
