Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's Executive Team are driving a new and creative Transformation Programme intended to realise financial and performance improvements, and to achieve our strategic objectives. They are investing heavily in changing the way in which leaders talk, think and problem-solve together, with a particular emphasis on cross-organisational working as opposed to the risk of silo-working. Overall aim • Work with us to scope what is currently going on within the Health Board Programme Management Office. • Identify what activities/projects are standalone? • Identify what is determined as core business and needs to have Executive oversight • Advise on, and begin to build both a new function and a PMO Academy The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 months at the capped value of £75,000.00
