ABUHB Minor Works & Refurbishment Framework

Description

ABUHB is seeking to establish a Framework agreement for Minor works and Refurbishment of it sites. Framework providers will cover a range of services as outlined in the tender documents. The framework agreement will run for an initial 3 year period with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months. Lot 3: Ceilings The supply, maintenance and repair of ceilings across ABUHB sites Lot 4: Painting and Decoration The provision of Painting and decoration services across ABUHB sites Lot 5: Electrical Works Supply of Electrical works services across ABUHB sites Lot 6: Mechanical Works The supply of Mechanical Works Services across ABUHB sites Lot 7: Fire Doors The supply and installation of Fire Doors across ABUHB sites Lot 8: Fire Compartmentation The supply and installation of Fire compartmentation across ABUHB sites Lot 9: Roofing The supply of Roofing Services across ABUHB sites Lot 10: Windows and Glazing The supply and installation of windows and glazing services across ABUHB sites Lot 11: Security Systems The supply, installation, and repair of Security Systems across ABUHB sites Lot 12: Ventilation The supply and installation of ventilation systems across AUHB sites Lot 13: Medical Gas Works The Supply of Medical Gas installation services across ABUHB sites Lot 14: Excavations and Civils The supply of excavation and civils services across ABUHB sites Lot 15: Demolition The provision of Demolition services across ABUHB sites Lot 16: Planned Asbestos Removal The provision of planned asbestos removal services across ABUHB sites Lot 1: General Building Supply of general building services across ABUHB Sites Lot 2: Flooring The supply and installation of floor covering across ABUHB sites
