SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This framework will be split across 3 geographic regions, West, South, London and East, with value bands within the regions as follows: Lot 1 up to £15 MillionLot 2 £15 Million to £45 MillionLot 3 Over £45 MillionLot 4 Construction ManagementThere will be a maximum of 12 lots in total. Lot 1: London and East Region - Up to £15 Million SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements.This Lot (Lot 1) is for London and East region and is for works up to a value of £15 Million. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline, land availability and the unknown volume of other Social Housing Providers using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the frame work in the notice and in this lot is not an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably. Lot 2: London and East Region - £15 Million to £45 Million SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This Lot (Lot 2) is for London and East region and is for works with a value between £15 Million to £45 Million. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline, land availability and the unknown volume of other Social Housing Providers using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the frame work in the notice and in this lot is not an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably. Lot 3: London and East Region - Over £45 Million SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This Lot (Lot 3) is for London and East region and is for works over £45 Million. Lot 4: London and East Region - Construction Management SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This Lot (Lot 4) is for London and East region and is for Construction Management Services.
