La consultation a pour objet la passation d'une convention de Dsp pour l'exploitation du casino municipal comportant 3 activités distinctes : animation, restauration et jeux de hasard.Les obligations mises à la charge du délégataire doivent concourir au développement touristique de la collectivité, en contribuant à l'animation culturelle et touristique de la station.Dans certaines communes, le casino est la propriété de la ville, ce n'est pas le cas pour la commune du Mont-Dore. Le bâtiment " historique " qui a accueilli les activités du Casino est aujourd'hui la propriété de Sci Ajo Blatin (74 rue Blatin - 63000 Clermont Ferrand). A ce jour, deux bâtiments sont identifiés pour accueillir l'activité : le bâtiment historique propriété de Sci Ajo Blatin et le bâtiment du Grand air, propriété de la Commune, qui nécessite des travaux de réhabilitation et de restructuration
