NEPO512 Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Translation and Interpreting Services

The NEPO512 - Translation and Interpreting Services DPS commenced on 1 September 2020 for a term of 60 months and was due to expire on 31 August 2025. The purpose of this notice is to extend the period of validity of the DPS for a period of 36 months from 31 August 2025 to 31 August 2028. To accommodate the extended period of validity and the anticipated value of future awards under the DPS, NEPO has revised the estimated total value (excluding VAT) for the DPS, increasing the total value to £20,000,000 over the term of the DPS. NEPO512 - Translation and Interpreting Services has been established as a 'Dynamic Purchasing System' under a flexible approached based on the concept of Regulation 34 via Schedule 3, under the principles set out in Regulation 74-77 ('The Light Touch Regime'). The opportunity can be accessed via the NEPO eTender system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the NEPO eTender System. If not already registered, candidates should register on the NEPO eTender system at https://procontract.due-north.com/register. Tenders must be submitted using the link above. Tenders submitted via post or email methods will not be accepted. If you require time-critical assistance on submitting your Tender please contact the System Support Team on 0330 0050352. For non time-critical issues, such as passwords, general account queries and location of information etc, please contact Proactis Supplier Support Helpdesk Ticketing System(http://proactis.kayako.com/) and select ProContract V3 support. You will then need to log in or submit a ticket to register your issue. Alternatively, you can email ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com . This will automatically log a support ticket on the Proactics Supplier Support Helpdesk. NEPO does not give any guarantee and/or warrant the actual value of orders (if any) which will be placed with the successful suppliers by any Contracting Authority using the Dynamic Purchasing System pursuant to this process and accepts no liability thereof. Lot 1: Face to Face Interpreting (North East) Lot 1: Regional Face to Face Foreign Language Interpreting. Lot 1 will cover the Provision of Interpreting Professionals required in a face to face setting within the North East Region of England. Settings may include, but will not be limited to: - Local Authority offices - Medical appointments - Police Station/Courts - Service Users' homes - Other neutral settings Services may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Providers must ensure they can comply with this requirement. Lot 2: Telephone or Video Interpreting (North East) Lot 2 covers the Provision of Interpreting Professionals via Telephone or video in the North East Services may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Providers must ensure that they can comply with this requirement. Lot 3: Written/Braille Translation The provision of Written/Braille Translation services in the North East. Lot 3 covers the Provision of Written and Braille Translation Services. Transcription Services will also be included within this Lot. Lot 4: Face to Face Interpreting (National) Lot 4 will cover the Provision of Interpreting Professionals required in a face to face setting nationally. Settings may include, but will not be limited to: - Local Authority offices - Medical appointments - Police Station/Courts - Service Users' homes - Other neutral settings Services may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Providers must ensure they can comply with this requirement.
