The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA), Policing, Fire and Crime, is undertaking a soft market testing exercise, the purpose of which is to engage with the market and gain a better understanding of the services available in relation to the market for a Youth Commission, enabling young people aged 10-25 to support, challenge and inform the work of the Mayor of York and North Yorkshire, North Yorkshire Police and partner agencies.
