Description

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services for Building Energy Management Systems. The services are to be provided at the LSE Campus and various student Halls of Residences located throughout central London. Our aim is to secure the services of a reliable and experienced BEMS service provider who can meet our minimum Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and deliver timely and effective services. Our contract will require a minimum of a 4-hour response time for any Priority 1 (Urgent) calls and a minimum of a next-day response for Priority 2 (Non-emergencies) calls. Lot 1: The LSE is not a contracting authority subject to the public procurement regulations, this is a non-compliant PIN notice used to seek expressions of interest. The route to market will be dependent on the responses we hope to receive from any Pre-Market Engagement that may ensue/we intend to carry out off the back of this initial request for interest
