Pan Government Collaborative Property Maintenance Framework 2024 (PIN NOTICE)

Description

This PIN is published in respect of a Framework Agreement for the provision of construction related property maintenance services. It is proposed that the Frameworks will contain Lots. It is anticipated that the overall volume and value of work that will be procured through the proposed new framework will be broadly comparable to the existing framework, with demand being wholly dependent on employers’ asset portfolios and budgets. The Pan Government Collaborative Property Maintenance Framework 2024 Information Bulletin, issued with this PIN, provides further information on the proposed Framework.
