Supply, delivery and commissioning of the following still equipment : Potstill boiler 500/600 litres hydrib column, 100L Extractor General information: 500 liter / 130 gallon net boiler capacity, 5 inch diameter column, 20 cm manhole, gin hooks. 
 PLC controlled, computer screen with user interface, internet connected. 
 Automation, robotization, programming. 
 Electric power: 0 – 18 kW, 400v, 3 phase (transformers available). 
 Needed cooling capacity: up to 16 kWh. 
 Boiler size: 110 centimeters x 125 centimeters, 135 centimeters high. 
 Maximum height (with column): Potstill = 300cm, Hybrid = 395cm. 
 
Performance: 
 Mashing (step-down, single infusion) < 4 hours. 
 Fermenting (2 – 5 days, depending on fermentation goal and temperature). 
 On the grain / pulp / herbs distillation. 
 Stripping and gin making at up to 40 liters per hour. 
 Finishing whisky, rum, and brandy at up to 30 liters per hour at barrel aging strength. 
 Finishing vodka / neutral at up to 15 liters per hour at 190 proof. 
 Taste rich and neutral product like whiskey, brandy, rum, tequila, gin or vodka. 
 Automated programs for Heads, Hearts and Tails compression, separation and collection. 
Extractor: 
 For the extraction of gin herbs, fruit, nuts, coffee, absinthe, maltose (mashing). 
 100 liter / 26 gallon net boiler capacity, 30 cm manhole, gin hooks. 
 Stand-alone configuration on wheels (movable). 
 Maximum height: 200 centimeters.
