Description
The Council appoints a diverse group of Contractors to provide catering for events at corporate buildings by means of a framework contract. The Council are also seeking to appoint a sole Contractor to supply alcohol and bar service as per customer requirements. The Guildhall in Northampton will be the primary location for the service. However, as the business expands, there may be scope to provide the service to the Forum in Towcester and County Hall in Northampton.The new framework will be divided into 7 Lots:Lot 1: Bar/alcoholLot 2: Large events and Civic events Lot 3: Sandwiches, afternoon tea and buffets for small events Lot 4: Business breakfasts and corporate lunches Lot 5: Wedding breakfasts for small events Lot 6: World foods/ethnic cuisine Lot 7: Christmas parties Lot 1: Bar/alcohol Bar/alcohol (only 1 supplier will be selected). Lot 2: Large events and Civic events Large events and Civic events -a maximum of 3 providers will be appointed to deliver the services required. Lot 3: Sandwiches, afternoon tea and buffets for small events Sandwiches, afternoon tea and buffets for small events - a maximum of 3 providers will be appointed to deliver the services required. Lot 4: Business breakfasts and corporate lunches Business breakfasts and corporate lunches - a maximum of 3 providers will be appointed to deliver the services required. Lot 5: Wedding breakfasts for small events Wedding breakfasts for small events- a maximum of 3 providers will be appointed to deliver the services required. Lot 7: Christmas parties Christmas parties - 1 provider will be appointed to deliver the services required. Lot 6: Ethnic/World Foods A minimum of 1 supplier to be selected to this lot.
