Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire is working in alliance with Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Groups and Bassetlaw Clinical Commissioning Group to improve specialist support for survivors of sexual violence and abuse, including pathways into therapy. A new model has been drafted, based on survivors’ views and the findings of LimeCulture’s Sexual Violence and Abuse Needs Assessment: https://www.nottinghamshire.pcc.police.uk/Document-Library/Public-Information/Newsletters-and-Publications/Publications/Executive-Summary-Sexual-Violence-Needs-Assessment-LimeCulture-October-2019.pdf. The PCC and his public sector partners are considering how they will fund support in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and hope to hold an open procurement process later in 2020.
