Provision of full Valuation Services in respect of land and property acquisitions, by agreement or by Compulsory Purchase Order/Compulsory Acquisition in Letterkenny town centre under URDF Call 3 Approved Programme and the provision of reports, communication and meetings (both remote and in-person) as and when required in association with same. The scope of works will include: - As an indication, 1-2 properties per contract - Staged services as required and as follows: (i) Report on market valuation. (ii) Advices/ acting on behalf of Donegal County Council in securing agreement to acquire where possible. (iii) In the event of progression to CPO/CA process, report on CPO Heads of Claim. (iv) Following a CPO/CA process, assessment of claims, acting on behalf of Donegal County Council on settlement of claims, recommendation on unconditional offers; recommendation on settlement of claims by agreement or recommendation for arbitration - Other unforeseen requirements which fall clearly within the defined scope of the framework and which may include the provision of arbitration services and if so, these will be paid for at the hourly rates tendered in the Pricing Document and a fee proposal will be sought and agreed in advance of any works being carried out.
