Lot Lot 1: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT), County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust Charity have a requirement for the Provision of an Audit Service, , in accordance with the Code of Audit Practice issued by the National Audit Office and applicable auditing standards, covering: • The CDDFT Group and Trust financial accounts & Trust's Quality Report • The financial accounts of the Trust's Charity • • Lot 1: The CDDFT Group and Trust financial accounts including an independent examination of the financial accounts of the Trust's Charity. Lot 2: Synchronicity Care Ltd (SCL)fully owned subsidiary of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) have a requirement for the Provision of an Audit Service, , in accordance with the Code of Audit Practice issued by the National Audit Office and applicable auditing standards, covering: The financial accounts of the Trust's wholly owned subsidiary, Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL). • Lot 2: The financial accounts of the Trust's wholly owned subsidiary, Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL).
