Hovedentreprise - efter en forudgående prækvalifikation. Hovedentreprise omfatter: Renovering af 3 boligblokke med i alt 54 boliger. Lot 1: Projektet omhandler helhedsplansrenovering af Vindinggårdparken. Opgaven består i en renovering af 3 boligblokke, hvor en af boligblokkene skal ombygges til tilgængelighedsboliger. Adressen er Vindinggårdparken 1-15 7100, Vejle. De 3 boligblokke er alle i 3 etager plus kælder, der ligger som en parterre, hvor fra man går ind i opgangene. Der er i alt 54 boliger 18 boliger skal ombygges til tilgængelighedsboliger og 36 boliger skal renoveres. Projektet er et landsbyggefond støttet projekt, med dertilhørende landsbyggefond ske-matik og proces. Dertil skal der under udførelsen altid indtænkes bygbare løsninger jf. Byggeskadefondens vejledninger om bygbare løsninger, herunder især jf. erfaringsblade BYG-ERFA.
