Byggesagen omhandler udskiftning af døre, vinduer og brystningspartier i alle boliger samt vinduer i alle kælderarealer i Banevænget med de tilhørende følgearbejder og udskiftning af sålbænke. Banevænget består af etageejendomme med 1-5-værelses lejligheder, i alt 411, samt 15 erhvervslejemål. Lot 1: Opgaven udbydes som begrænset udbud. Bygherren forventer at prækvalificere 5 virksomheder, der inviteres til at afgive tilbud. Kriterium for tildeling af entreprisekontrakten er det bedste forhold mellem pris og kvalitet. Projektets entreprisearbejder er ikke opdelt i delkontrakter ud fra markedsmæssige og økonomiske hensyn, herunder bl.a. forventede stordriftsfordele samt omkostninger til kontraktadministration.
