NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (NHS Devon ICB) are seeking a provider to operate the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) within Devon. The service will engage with all users of Maternity & Neonatal Services in Devon and all providers of perinatal services, including acute hospital providers, local authorities and perinatal mental health Trusts. The role of the MNVP is to listen to experiences of women & families and brings together service users & staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity & neonatal care. The aims and ambitions of the service include: • Listening to and reflecting the views of local communities. • MNVPs have strategic influence and are embedded in decision-making at Trust & ICB level. Benefits • Better decisions about service changes and how money is spent. • Improved safety and experience. • Support providers to address health inequalities by understanding communities' needs and co-developing solutions. • Shaping a sustainable future for the NHS that meets people's needs and aspirations. • Reduced risks of legal challenges The contract term will commence on the 1st of April 2025 for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 2 years at the commissioner's discretion. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but are instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
