The HR department has the following requirement. Ad hoc Human Resources Department Consultancy Services The roles will be broadly as follows but may be subject to revision as it develops over time. Please note, that we understand that some tenderers may not be able to supply all of the services listed and tenderers should indicate in Section A 8 which of the areas they could support with. • Delivery of environmental / dignity at work workplace assessments • Investigation of workplace issues (e.g. claims of bullying, harassment and other grievances) • Facilitation of workshops and /or focus groups regarding culture, engagement and other workplace matters • Provision of advice relating to HR strategy and strategic HR matters • Preparation or review of HR policies and procedures The HR department has the following requirement.
