Executive search framework Maynooth University recognises that its people are its most important asset. Talent attraction, talent development, talent retention and talent management are all cornerstones of the HR strategy of the University. The primary focus of Human Resources, is to ensure we continue to be an excellent place to work, known for a collegial ethos which empowers all staff to contribute fully. The Human Resources department is responsible for Employee Resourcing, HR Operations, People Development, Organisational Development and HR Partnering. The successful tenderer will be required to conducted executive search services for Senior Administrative, Academic and Executive leadership positions in the University, as they arise.
