The Real-Time Customer Information (RTCI) project is a foundational project for improving the provision of real time service information to IÉ customers and staff and is included in the CIS Strategy recommendations. The project will support the creation of real time data services utilizing onboard equipment, the latest data management tools and will include the delivery of occupancy information and real time train location information, improved arrival time calculations and a vastly more reliable IT infrastructure. It is intended to establish: 1. A framework agreement for a period of 5 years for the design, supply and maintenance support of the new system during the installation and roll out stage. 2. To ensure continuity of technical support beyond the initial supply agreement, it is also intended to enter into a separate long term maintenance & support agreement for up to 15 years (initial 5 years with the option to extend it for another 2 periods of 5 years). Lot 1: Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Neubeschaffung von 1 Gerät zur Thoraxdrainage, 1 Gerät zur Erwärmung von Infusionen und Blutprodukten, 7 Defibrillatoren und 1 Ultraschallgerät, welche auf der Intensivstation eingesetzt werden sollen. Auskunftserteilung über die Vergabeunterlagen erfolgt bis 11.07.2023
