FCDO invites interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement (EME) session relating to the procurement of Evaluation of Wajibika programme services. This EME will take place 9:00-10:00am UK time / 12:00 noon – 1 p.m. EAT on Friday 7 March 2025 and will be online via Microsoft Teams, with representation from both the FCDO Programme and Commercial Teams in Tanzania. This EME event is an opportunity for prospective suppliers to learn more about this opportunity for the Evaluation of the Wajibika programme in Tanzania, to ask questions, and to provide feedback on the proposed approach to the market. To attend this EME event, please login / register to FCDO's eSourcing Portal: https://fcdo.bravosolution.co.uk and complete PQQ_1839 ideally before noon on 6 March 2025. Please note that PQQ functionality is used for registration of the attendees to assist in organisation of EME event and it's not a part of the procurement process. The event will be followed by a questionnaire and the “Messages” functionality linked to this PQQ in the Portal will be used as the channel of communication with the market going forward. A draft Terms of Reference are available for download as an attachment to the PQQ_1839. At this stage, FCDO seeks expression of interest in participating in the EME event only.
