Objektleitung ? Übernahme der Betreiberverantwortung ? Wartung, Inspektion und Prüfung ? Gewährleistungsverfolgung ? Energiemanagement ? Störungs- und Notfallmanagement ? Haus-FM ? Veranstaltungs-FM Eine detaillierte Beschreibung sämtlicher Leistungsinhalte ist der Anlage 12 (Leistungsbeschreibung) zu entnehmen. Bei dem zu betreibenden Objekt handelt es sich um ein Kongress Zentrum mit 12.000 Sitzplätzen in bis zu 50 Sälen und einer Ausstellungsfläche von circa 12.000 m² Platz für Kongresse, Tagungen und Veranstaltungen.
