Walking surfaces must be non-slip. If recycled plastic is used, the supplier must ensure the correct fixtures and fittings are used and check these with the suppliers of the recycled plastic. - There is a general presumption against the use of concrete. If this is required, this must be agreed in writing with the client before any contract is finalized. (Extra consents maybe required.) Quantities and locations of use should be included within the tender. - Features which add ecological value and/or demonstrate a reduction of negative impacts on the climate are required.
