Den udbudte rammeaftale omfatter opsætning og drift af ca. 210 ladepunkter til egne tjenestebiler, medarbejdere og gæster hos Naturstyrelsen. Rammeaftalen indgås med én leverandør, der skal kunne varetage opsætning og drift af ladestanderne. Naturstyrelsen har foretaget etablering af jordledninger, opsat elmåler på et flertal af adresser og el-tavle, samt tilkøbt ekstra ampere vedr. de lokale enhedskontorer. Dertil skal der etableres ladestandere i forbindelse med skovløberboliger mv. på et endnu uvist antal adresser. Det samlede anslåede kWh-forbrug i aftaleperioden er 1.220.000 kWh.
