West Northamptonshire Council is excited to advertise an outstanding opportunity for safe, qualified providers to deliver Supported Living Services across West Northamptonshire.The Council is committed to the delivery of high-quality adult social care services for residents of West Northamptonshire who are assessed as requiring Supported Living. The Council wishes to work in partnership with Supported Living Providers who can demonstrate and maintain quality standards in line with the Council’s Service Specifications, which has at its core the Care Quality Commission’s Regulations and is in line with the Care Act 2014. Organisations will be required to deliver services which focus on the health, safety, enablement, progression and wellbeing of people who require such services. They must enable people to gain, maintain or regain skills to help them to live independently and recover from illness. The service, wherever possible, supports people to prevent unnecessary admission to hos Lot 1: Learning Disability Supported Living Services for West Northamptonshire Lot 2: Autism Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 3: Mental Health Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 4: Physical Disability Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 5: Acquired Brain Injury Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 6: Bective House Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 7: Moray Lodge PD/ABI Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 8: Moray Lodge LD/MH/A Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire Lot 9: Sandy Hill Lane Supported Living Services in West Northamptonshire
