On behalf of Sunderland City Council, Knight Frank Promise is looking to appoint a service provider to deliver and maintain cleaning services. This appointment will be to maintain the services at The Beam office building, Sunderland with services with TUPE being involved. Lot 1: Cleaning Services include- Labour Breakdown -Cleaners Areas to be cleaned: -Entrance -Lift Lobbies -Corridors -Maintenance Kitchen - Staircases - Car Park - Atrium Floor - Toilets - Showers - Facilities office - Bike Store - Medical Room - Reception desk/ area - Vacant areas - Terrace - Internal Windows -External Windows Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually Services to include but not be limited to; Entrance, Reception, Meet & Greet Areas, Lift Lobbies & Corridors - Building Signs - Carpets & Rugs - Spillages - Sweep - Empty Wastebins -Wash waste bins - Vacuum - Dust - Polish - Wipe - Spot Clean - Remove Scuff marks - Carry out slip testing Maintenance Office and Kitchen - Vacuum - Empty Waste Bin - Sweep - Mop Medical Room - Vaccum - Dust - Wipe - Carry out daily checks Main staircase, Fire Escape Siarcases & Landings - Litter Pick - Vacuume - Sweep - Mop - Dust - Check for spillages - Spot clean Entrance and terrace - Jet wash - Sweep - Litter pick Toilets - Polish Glass Mirrors - Clean Urinals - Toilets - Cubicles - Sweep - Mop - Empty Bins - Replace Consumables Showers - Polish glass mirrors - Sinks, surfaces, showers - Sweep - Mop Window Cleaning - Entrance doors - Window sills & ledges - Window frames -All external - Internal clean windows and steel work - Clean external windows, including cladding Other services - Order consumables - Empty Sanitary bins - Replace/ refill air fresheners
