To provide cleaning services for Avon & Somerset Police, Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue, Devon & Cornwall Police, Dorset Police, Gloucestershire Police and Wiltshire Police. Avon & Somerset Police will be included in the future service, but won’t onboard until 10 September 2026, as that is when their current contract expires. The provision of a cleaning service includes general office cleaning, custody cleaning, Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARCs) cleaning, periodic cleaning, call-off cleaning, vehicle cleaning, window cleaning and the provision and distribution of cleaning consumables where required by each Customer. It should be noted that not all Customers need all of the cleaning services described and that will be made clear in the tender documentation.The purpose of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for early engagement with the market prior to undertaking a formal tender process which is anticipated to commence in May 2025. This is in support of developing the requirements for the provision of cleaning services to its premises.
