National Highways are considering putting in place a new procurement vehicle that will continue to deliver the Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction programme. Lot 1: Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction Framework Lot 1 Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction Framework Lot 1 will include: - demolition of existing concrete pavements - construction of new pavement to meet National Highways standards - changes to or replacement of associated assets as required - Principal Designer duties when instructed - preliminary design solution - detailed design solution - Principal Contractor duties when instructed - traffic management - provision of welfare facilities - public and stakeholder engagement and communications Lot 2: Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction Framework Lot 2 Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction Framework Lot 2 will include: - demolition of existing concrete pavements - construction of new pavement to meet National Highways standards - changes to or replacement of associated assets as required - Principal Designer duties when instructed - preliminary design solution - detailed design solution - Principal Contractor duties when instructed - traffic management - provision of welfare facilities - public and stakeholder engagement and communications
